The request is made within 14 days of purchase or service completion

Refunds will not be issued for:
Services fully and successfully delivered
Account bans or losses unrelated to actions or errors by 99 Servicing
Requests made after the eligibility window
Violation of RuneScape’s or platform rules by customers
Services started or substantially performed before the refund request
